   • Performance Evaluation: Participants are evaluated based on their trading performance. Successfully completing a challenge does not guarantee funding, and all evaluations are subject to our discretion.
   • Risk Management: You agree to abide by the risk management rules and guidelines provided in each challenge. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the challenge.

5. Fees and Payments

   Certain Services, including participation in trading challenges, may require payment of fees. By enrolling in a challenge or subscription, you agree to pay all associated fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

6. No Financial or Investment Advice

   FutureFunded.com provides educational content, simulated trading experiences, and other resources to help users develop their trading skills. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. The content and information on our platform should not be construed as professional advice, and you should consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any real-money investment or trading decisions.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively through the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
