1. General No Refund Policy: All fees and payments made to FutureFunded.com, whether for trading challenges, evaluations, express programs, or other services, are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it is considered final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances except for the specific condition outlined in Section 2 of this policy. This policy applies to all purchases, including but not limited to:
   • Failure to meet the evaluation criteria
   • Inability to complete a trading challenge
   • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service
   • Inactivity or non-use of services after payment
2. Exception: Refund on 3rd Payout for Evaluation and Express Programs The only instance where a refund is applicable is after successfully completing and receiving three payouts in either the Evaluation or Express programs. This refund applies to the initial fee paid to enter the evaluation or express program. The refund process will occur automatically once you meet the following conditions:
   • You must complete the trading challenge according to the program's rules and criteria.
   • You must receive three successful payouts in your funded trading account.
   • Upon reaching this milestone, we will issue a refund of the initial entry fee, acknowledging your success in the program.
3. Refund Process: Once you qualify for a refund under the third payout condition, the refund will be processed automatically. Here are the key points of the refund process:
   • The refund will cover only the initial entry fee paid for the Evaluation or Express program.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the registration process.
   • Refunds generally take 5-10 business days to be credited, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
4. No Refunds in Other Situations: It is important to note that refunds will not be issued under any other circumstances. Specifically, we do not offer refunds for the following:
   • Failure to pass the challenge: If you do not meet the evaluation criteria or fail to successfully complete the challenge, no refund will be issued.
   • Dissatisfaction with the program: If you change your mind or are not satisfied with the experience or outcome of the program, no refund will be granted.
   • Inactivity: If you do not participate or complete the challenge after purchasing it, you will not be eligible for a refund.
   • Early termination or disqualification: If your account is terminated or disqualified for violating our terms or policies, you will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Responsibility of the User: It is your responsibility to carefully review the program rules, guidelines, and refund policy before making any payment. By participating in our trading programs, you acknowledge and accept the risk associated with futures and forex trading, and you agree to comply with the terms of service.
